We are pleased to invite you to an informal talk starting at 6.00pm.  The one hour session will be followed by drinks and finger food. Refreshments will be available at registration from 5.30pm. 

We will cover a number of topical legal issues related to offshore charter parties and contracts, such as tax clauses, arbitration clauses and purchase options. We will also touch on the rules for Indonesian and Malaysian cabotage.
