On 3 March Nordisk's Singapore office hosted a successful "Offshore Talk" for 30 members, clients and new acquaintances.
The topics included redelivery notices, measure of damages for wrongful redelivery, letter of intent, knock-for-knock clauses and wreck removal. The informal and friendly setting with short "to the point" presentations was so well received that we intend to have another round within a few months time.
